Who We Are

Aerocore Advanced Composites manufactures precision carbon fiber structural components for drones and UAVs from our own production facility in Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We produce compression-molded sheets, hollow tubes and solid rods using proprietary roll-wrapping process innovations.

Every component ships with full traceability and documentation. Our facility is purpose-built for carbon fiber production with dedicated layup, curing, CNC machining and inspection zones. We serve defense programs, commercial OEMs and research institutions with consistent quality and fast turnaround.

AEROVANE

Compression-Molded Carbon Fiber Sheets

The structural plate.

Dense, flat and consistent batch-to-batch. Aerovane panels are produced under controlled heat and pressure to achieve 55%+ fiber volume and less than 1.5% void content. They machine cleanly under CNC and waterjet operations and hold tight dimensional tolerances through every cut.

Hollow Carbon Fiber Tubes

The structural tube.

Seamless roll-wrapped construction with no longitudinal joints. Controlled fiber angles and heat shrink tape consolidation during cure produce consistent wall thickness and OD tolerance along the full length of every tube. Clean internal bore for cable routing.

Solid Carbon Fiber Rods

The precision structural rod.

Full solid cross section for maximum bending stiffness and buckling resistance. Produced to plus or minus 0.1 mm diameter tolerance as standard. The right choice wherever a member carries bending, tension or compressive loads.
