Ace Pre-preg, our specially designed composite material, is ideal for sporting good applications. The high-strength, high modulus (stiffness) and light-weight properties of our material take sporting goods to the next level of performance. Racquets, hockey sticks, Golf shafts, skis, snowboards, bats are all made using our composites.
Depending on application, prepregs are made from Carbon, Glass or Aramid fibre, with Epoxy or Polyester resin systems. At Arsports, we constantly strive at improving our composites so as to push the boundaries of performance.
Ace Racquets are precisely crafted to achieve required levels of power, control, stiffness, flexibility, balance and durability. All our racquets are made using ultra high modulus carbon fibre as the reinforcement. We make racquets of all different shapes and sizes for badminton, tennis, squash and padel.
We make racquets for all levels of players – beginners learning the game to professional athletes. We make badminton rackets as light as 67gms all the way upto tennis rackets as heavy as 375gms and everything in the middle. Based on the clients requirements and specifications, we can change the string tension, balance and flexibility of the rackets.
Ace hockey sticks use advanced technology and materials for players of all skill levels who seek to elevate their game. Our Hockey sticks are made using a mixture UHM carbon fibre, E-glass and aramid fibres to match the required specifications. We can provide different head shapes such as hook, midi, maxi as well as different bows.
Ace studio is our consulting arm, where our team of engineers and graphic designers can help simulate, design and prototype a racquet or hockey stick based on your requirements. Whether you are looking for an end-to-end solution or are just looking to troubleshoot a part of the design process we have got you covered.
