Ace Prepreg, developed internally using a drum winding process, is the foundation of every racquet we build. Reinforcement fiber is pre-impregnated with a resin system tuned specifically for racquet frames. We control resin chemistry, fiber orientation and cure cycles end to end, giving brand partners the material consistency that standard contract manufacturers cannot match.
